Alternate Timeline Addition: Friendship Island

Posted May 4, 2010 3:15:37 - 4 Comments

We had another good day of recording and perfecting the new set of songs last weekend. I'm extremely excited to have them finished so we can share them with everyone. The styles are a bit all over the place. One is a great funk/dance/disco song, another a Ramones style jam, and a third a "for-the-back-row" stadium, sing-along song that'd make U2 proud.

In addition to these great songs, we also have a couple of second-tier songs that we though weren't quite as good, so we're going to just call them Alternate Timeline additions so they can join the internet for future Skynet Processing. (That, web-programmer readers, is another reason its important to make sure your pages are valid XHTML: easier Terminator parsing).

This one is called "Friendship Island" and, aside from a cool island melody to warm you icy frozen heart, it includes mentions of once-great MTV shows, Aerosmith comeback albums (kinda) and a flippant disregard for gun safety. Enjoy!
